Enhancing the student experience by using data effectively in Singaporean Higher Education

This 40-minute session looks at the latest Student Barometer (ISB) data used by Higher Education Institutions to ensure their strategies improve the student experience and the reputation of their institutions.  

Andreea Apetrachioaei, Assistant Head of School at PSB Academy, will explain how they have made use of benchmarking data to improve their institutions’ strategic development work and the well-being of students.

Andreea Apetrachioaei, Assistant Head of School, PSB Academy

Andreea has more than 12 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language & Literature, and Communication modules to learners from different cultural backgrounds. She has a special interest in making English accessible to students with learning differences, and this has been a strong motivation in obtaining her qualification as a Certified Academic Language Practitioner (CALP) from the American Language Therapy Association (ALTA). Aside from her responsibilities in teaching, Andreea contributes as Chair of Assessment Committee at PSB Academy.
