Improving the student experience, satisfaction and recommendation in North American institutions

This 45 minute session looks at the latest International Student Barometer (ISB) data used by leading Higher Education Institutions to ensure their strategies improve the student experience and the reputation of their institution.

In particular, we’ll be analysing the themes of student satisfaction and the importance of employability, as well as analysing the strengths and weaknesses of North American universities compared to global and regional benchmarks.

We are joined by Wendy Curtis, Dean at Fanshawe International, and Katie Orr, Director at NSCC International, Nova Scotia Community College, who will be sharing their experiences of evidence-based improvements in international education.
