Siti Fariza currently serves as the Director of University Services at Sunway University, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating operational services across the institution. Leading the University Services Department, she is responsible for ensuring operational and customer service excellence throughout all schools and departments. Her primary focus lies in driving specific university initiatives, implementing transformative operational strategies, and monitoring the overall student experience.

In addition, she also oversees the University Website and Creative Content Unit, ensuring their effective management. Collaborating closely with the Deans, Group Registrar, and Directors of Shared Services, she ensures the smooth functioning of administration across various schools and academic departments. Prior to her current role, Siti Fariza held the position of Head of the Academic Policy & Quality Assurance Office, where she successfully managed academic quality assurance and enhancement within the same university.
